"Um, Um, Um, Um ….not ONE gosh-damned word about the electronics!  Does it provide inverter pure sine wave power? Modified sine wave?  Is it a "Quiet" unit?  I frankly don't give a hoot about how strong the frame, handle, and wheels are…I have a wheelbarrow that does the same. Put someone up here that knows what the hell they're talking about and I 'might' be interested.

  2. James Milnor says:

I have had my 3250 for two years with absolutely no issues. Have had loss power in house and run oil burner, two refrigerators and a couple of house lights and no problems ever. Besides changing oil and gas maintenance free. For the price it is nice.

  3. Jim Allen says:

All these Honda clones, are Chinese, even Honda.

  4. Greg Lewis says:

I thought Generac was a quality well engineered generator. I was wrong. First they say 3250 watts continuous, which is about 27 amps. BUT they put a 14 amp breaker on it !?  WTF !? I can't even run a circular saw with mine. Maybe it can produce 27 amps (?) but it is usless if you can only get 14 amps out. I spend most of my time resetting the breaker. Engineered by a moron!  It is also very loud. So don't waste your time on the GP series.

  5. Manny L says:

How noisy is it? Thats the important part.

  6. Terry Wilson says:

Generac like many others are using chinese engines, some of these engines have problems but some are good quality. you must keep proper maintenance and correct oil. I prefer the synthetic oil, but you must change when dirty. DO not wait until the oil is black and thick like molasses. These engines need oil and when its black the oil will not lubricate the engine.

Generac is JUNK and the manufacturer does not back their product up. DO NOT buy Generac. If you want reliability get a Honda or a Yamaha gen set.

  8. Troy Benning says:

a very reliable genie… especially for campers
