You can cook almost anything you like in a traditional pizza oven, with the exception of cakes which requires a precise temperature control. Clay oven’s handmade and assembled ones both are well suited to be used as pizza oven and bread oven. We can find huge clay ovens with brick base built in many big restaurants and small or big ones in gardens of various homes.

In many malls and public places we can find huge pizza machines that serve various popular varieties of pizzas. These pizza machines store the pizzas at below -4 degrees and when we punch the order it actually cooks the pizza and serves. Before storing in the machine these pizzas are baked in wood fire oven.
